In my early childhood, I often watched music videos and imitated the dance moves. As I grew older, my parents noticed this and enrolled me in my first dance class. Dance was a way for me to express myself and my emotions that I couldn’t always say in words. Dancing also helped me develop discipline and focus. It required a level of dedication and persistence that I found incredibly rewarding. I learned how to control my body, how to follow complex choreography, and how to work as a team with other dancers. Today dance continues to be an important part of my life. It gives me confidence, and helpes me to connect with others in the form of art and creation. It has enriched my life and I am grateful for the opportunity it has given me.
